Prior to booking, please familiarize yourself with the policies outlined below:

Credit Card Policy: A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. You will not be charged at the time of booking - payment is collected securely at your appointment by a secure POS terminal (card).

While consultations are complementary, a card is still required on file to reserve your appointment. No charges are made at the time of booking. A $50 no-show fee will apply if you miss your consultation or cancel with less than 24’ hours notice.

Cancellation Policy: Kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Late cancellations, no-shows, or arriving 20 minutes late may result in a $50 fee charged to the card on file.

Final Sale Policy: All services are final sale and non-refundable. Results vary. Our commitment is to deliver safe, precise, and natural results with clear expectations every step of the way.

Intake Forms: Digital forms will be emailed to you after booking. Please complete these forms before your appointment. This ensures a smooth and efficient experience on the day of your visit.

Neurotoxin Touch-up Policy: Two-week follow-up appointments are highly encouraged to ensure your results settle beautifully. Up to 6 units are complimentary. Any additional units or changes to the original treatment plan will be billed at standard pricing. Touch-ups must be completed within 14–21 days of your treatment; appointments outside this window are considered a full treatment.
